• Finding your way around in the Midlands
• Using the library and public services

• Small talk (chatting to neighbours and friends)
• British customs and being polite
• Clubs and joining in with the community
• Free initial consultation about your learning requirements
• Initial assessment tests in the skills of speaking, listening and understanding, reading and writing
• 1:1 60minute lessons with professional, qualified tutor
• Individual course design by qualified tutors based on your needs
• All course materials, digital files or paper copies you will need
• All marking of your work and feedback
• Course to take place at your place of work or ours, as convenient
• The first lesson is a trial lesson charged at £35 and after that you can decide if you want to continue.
